This page explains how the Vestigo pre-launch website uses your information. It covers this website and its updates list; the future product will have its own privacy information and terms.

Who is responsible
Vestigo is an independent project. The contact responsible for this website and its updates list is Iurii, reachable at iurii@vestigoconnect.com.
What we collect and why
When you submit the signup form, we store your email address, the date and time of signup, which form you used, the wording and version of the consent notice, and your subscription status. We also create a random unsubscribe token so you can leave the list without creating an account.
We use this information to send you Vestigo project news and launch updates, record your choice and manage unsubscribe requests. Your consent is the basis for these emails. Signing up is optional, free and separate from any future product purchase.
This form records a signup; it does not verify ownership of an email address or send an automatic confirmation email. If someone entered your address without your permission, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Hosting and access
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores signup records in a private D1 database. The list can be accessed by the project operator through the Cloudflare account and exported for sending the updates you requested. We don’t sell your email address.
Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. The signup database does not store your IP address. Our abuse protection uses a short-lived derived identifier to limit repeated submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. We check the email domain against a locally stored disposable-domain list and ask Cloudflare’s DNS resolver whether that domain can receive mail; the DNS lookup sends only the domain, not your full email address. These checks do not prove ownership of your inbox. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing and international operations.
If we use an email delivery provider, it will process the information needed to deliver your updates. We’ll identify that provider here before we begin sending campaigns. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to their applicable data protection safeguards.
Keeping and removing information
We keep your subscription while this updates list is active or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we mark your address as unsubscribed and exclude it from future mailing exports. We keep that limited record to avoid adding you back accidentally. You may ask us to delete it entirely.
We review the list at least annually and delete it if the project or updates programme ends. Provider backups may retain deleted data temporarily under their retention settings.
Your choices
Every campaign email must include an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent now by emailing iurii@vestigoconnect.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to exercise other rights that apply in your location. If applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to confirm you control the email address before sharing or changing personal information.
Site terms
This website introduces a product that is still being developed. Features, supported devices, locations, availability and pricing may change. Subscribing requests project updates; it doesn’t create a product account, guarantee access or make a purchase.
The Vestigo name, artwork and website content are protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. You may browse and link to the website. Please don’t misuse the forms, submit other people’s addresses without permission or interfere with the website’s operation.
We aim to keep information accurate, but this preview does not make guarantees of anonymity, uninterrupted service, access to particular websites or protection from account restrictions. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
